POLICE have arrested a suspect in the murder of 24-year-old Terry Warren of Karawab, Upper Pomeroon River last Sunday night.
Reports indicate that the man is in police custody assisting with investigations into the brutal murder of Warren. Reports from Karawab Village are that a group of men was drinking alcohol at Bamboo Creek, near Karawab, when a fight, which broke out over the removal of a generator that was powering a music set, turned into a brawl. Reports are that the generator had been the property of the deceased, and he was removing it because he was going home, when the fight started. Terry Warren allegedly sustained multiple chops from the suspect, and died on the spot. |
