AUDWIN David, 28, of Lot 62 Hadfield Street, Werk-en-Rust, Georgetown, was remanded to prison yesterday, on a charge of attempt to commit a felony.
He is charged, indictably, before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton, with having, on May 28, with intent to commit a felony, attempted to rob Janice Mc Kennan of one shoulder bag amongst booty worth $6,300. The court upheld an objection to bail, by Police Corporal Simone Payne, prosecuting, who said the prisoner has another case pending in a different court. David has to make his next court appearance on June 14. |
