CARL Kato (no address given) was put on $15,000 bail yesterday, when he appeared before Magistrate Hazel Octive-Hamilton on a simple larceny charge.
He pleaded not guilty to the offence, particulars of which said, on May 27, he stole a one side car rear view mirror, valued $15,000, property of Raphael Rose. Prosecuting Police Corporal Simone did not object to the grant of pre-trial freedom and Kato is to be back in court on June 11. |
