ORIN Allen (no address given) appeared before Vigilance Magistrate Nyasha Hatmin yesterday, charged with breaching the conditions of his road traffic licence
, in that on May 17 at Strathspey Public Road, East Coast Demerara, the man drove his motor vehicle while not being the holder of a valid road traffic licence. He pleaded guilty, and was fined $8,000, or alternatively one month’s imprisonment. |
