BK Western Tigers FC will today be looking this weekend to secure full points when they face Victoria Kings in the Guyana Football Federation 2012 Super League match at the GFC ground.
The newcomers are at present in second position in the league with 16 points from seven matches. If they secure more points they will earn a place to the Inter-Guiana Club Championship. The Kings, on the other hand, have had a poor season in the GFF Super League this year and are currently facing relegation. Head of the technical staff of Victoria Kings Everal Mundy said that he is hoping to win and end the league with a victory as his team have performed unsatisfactorily. He is also hoping that they will return to the association league and regroup with new strategies and players to move the club forward. Western Tigers lineup for this important match will come from: Dwayne Ali, Shermon David, Devon Millington, Jerome Richardson, Ovril Milton, Phillip Rowley, Travis Bess and Paul Giles. Victoria Kings will rely on the legs of former national Pierre Joseph, Winston Pompey, Aubrey Gibson, Kwesi and Calvin De Souza, Eon Garnett and Andrew Williams to do duty in goal. |
